CANADA & U.S. RETURNS/EXCHANGE

 

At titi&gigi, we hope you love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that meet the eligibility requirements below:

 • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and the security ribbon attached.

 • A return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

 • Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must be in a sellable condition, free from marks or stains.

 • For exchanges, once we receive and confirm that your item meets our exchange requirements, we will send a replacement as requested.

 

Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.

 

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued via the original payment method, excluding delivery costs.

 

Non-returnable items:

 • The original security garment ribbon must remain intact and uncut.

 • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.

 • Items without the original tags and packaging.

 • Items received more than 7 days after delivery.

 • Sale items marked as ‘Final Sale’.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

At present, we do not offer exchanges to international customers.

 

For international returns, all of the above conditions must also be met.

* Please note that returns are not free; you will be responsible for the postal fees.

* We do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders; it will be at your own risk.

* If you receive items that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at service@titigigi.com.
